Lauren held a variety of positions in the investment industry including a wholesaling position where she worked directly with financial advisors, offering them portfolio solutions for a large investment manager. In that position, she saw this significant and positive rippling effect that financial literacy could have on a person's life and their family's lives. She realized her passion was in developing strategies and educating her clients on them, but felt that she could make a bigger difference if she was educating the consumer and not the advisor. So she took the leap from the corporate world and became an advisor with the dream of rewriting the client/advisor relationship by promoting education, advocacy, and transparency.
She and her husband Ryan have a full house in central Phoenix, AZ with their two children and two dogs. When her advisor hat is off, you can find Lauren either nose deep in a good book, playing video games with her kids, or kayaking at the nearest lake.
